About the class:
This 90 minutes class is offering the fundamentals of modern-contemporary technique through a 45 minutes warm-up. Which follows dance combination (short choreography) where we focus on integrating modern-contemporary technique elements into our dancing, added musicality and performance skills. At this class we will also use floor work and improvisation. This class is open for dance lovers, who have a few years of experience already in taking modern dance-oriented classes.
Come and join me if you like to learn more dance technique, experience flow in your body and gain self-knowledge through movement.
The class will be held in English.
